ubuntu server change locale to english

如果只是在终端上进行日常维护，没有必要用中文
export LANG=en_US
export LC_ALL=en_US
再做操作就会显示英文了
Ubuntu的server版本，支持中文意义不是很大，折腾console中文支持，还比较麻烦

apt-get install language-pack-en
