我们在用它管理oracle数据库时，很可能回出现二者版本

 

不匹配导致无法连接的状况。

 

     在创建连接的窗口会弹出[ORA-28547: 

 

connection to server failed, probable Oracle Net admin error]错误提醒框。

 

     解决的办法就是：

 

用你现在oracle安装路径下的 oci.dll文件（你可以通过搜索找到）

 

替换掉你navicat安装目录下的oci.dll文件。
