return this .getJdbcTemplate().query(sql,params, new ProblemRowMapper());

这样是无法成功的，无论chapters=‘‘;还是使用双引号chapters=""，都无法成功执行。

解决方法：

t.TX_CODE in ("+xunFeiCode+")"
