2、WebStorm-2016.2.3 https://download.jetbrains.8686c.com/webstorm/WebStorm-2016.2.3.exe

注册的时候，选择License server http://idea.imsxm.com/

3、npm install grunt-contrib-sass grunt-contrib-uglify grunt-contrib-watch --save-dev
